Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

4.5 Pricing

Prices may vary depending on your region and are displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Lifetime Purchase

Manabu may offer a one-time "lifetime" purchase.

"Lifetime" refers to access for the lifetime of the Service, not the lifetime of the user.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. In such cases, lifetime access may no longer be available.

6. Free Features

Some features of the Service may be available for free. We reserve the right to modify or limit free access at any time.

7. Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.

We do not issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted through the respective platform.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Abuse or exploit the Service or its systems
• Circumvent payment systems or subscription mechanisms
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Complete accuracy of educational content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manabu shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Issues arising from third-party platforms (App Store / Google Play)
